Project management guide

Our project management tool is designed to facilitate task sharing amongst your team. There are three main layers you will encounter when using our project management software:


Tasks in Labrika are one-step tasks that serve to achieve a specific goal. Each task is assigned a priority level and a set of deadlines.


A board is an ordered set of tasks, united by a single goal/deadline. The tasks can be grouped by stages. This section allows you to monitor the deadline for completing all tasks on the board.


A project may include several boards. You can link a web resource to a project to automatically generate a list of tasks based on a site analysis by Labrika. You can then provide team members with access to the reports. This helps to facilitate the creation of new projects.
